What is Banja Labs?
An Australian product lab working across strategy, design and engineering. We build web, native and mobile products, and help businesses redesign their operations around useful AI.
How do you scope a project?
We start with the problem, the people using the product and the systems it needs to connect to. We agree the scope and delivery stages around that work.
Do we need a finished specification?
No. Bring the problem, your context and what success would mean. Discovery helps us decide what to build, what to test first and where the risks sit.
Do you build native mobile apps?
Yes. We work across iOS, Android, web and the platforms behind them. The right implementation depends on the experience, device requirements and long-term needs of the product.
What does AI-native transformation mean?
It means rethinking a workflow with AI as part of the system from the start: connected knowledge, defined responsibilities, useful tools and human approval where it matters. We start with the work rather than with a chatbot.
Who owns the product?
You own the commissioned product and source code under the agreed engagement terms. We plan the handover, access and operating model as part of delivery.
Do you build marketing websites or brands?
Banja Labs focuses on software products and AI-native operations. Our sister studio Norex handles websites and brand work.
