Startup Consultant

Published salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 AUD + Super
The work.
- Partner directly with startup founders to refine their vision and product strategy
- Coordinate between startups and our internal engineering, design, and product teams
- Guide product development from initial concept through to market launch
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions with startup teams
- Create comprehensive product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Provide hands-on support during critical phases of product development
- Build long-term relationships with portfolio startups as their trusted advisor
What you bring.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, startup environments, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of working with early-stage startups or launching new products
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on startup experience preferred
