PlaySport is a club-management platform for grassroots sport. Fixtures, fees, registrations, rosters, communications and a sport-native social feed live in one place. It replaces the WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, payment chasing and disconnected websites that most volunteer-run clubs cobble together.
Grassroots clubs are run on volunteer time. A typical committee juggles spreadsheets for rosters, bank transfers for fees, WhatsApp for comms, Facebook for matchday updates, and a half-broken website nobody owns. The result: hours of manual admin every week, registrations that fall through the cracks, and players who drift away because their experience between fixtures feels disconnected. Existing tools either solve one slice (payments, or scheduling) or are enterprise platforms priced for federations, not local clubs.
PlaySport bundles the entire club operating system into one product: AI-driven fixture scheduling that respects coach availability, venue slots and travel time; recurring fee collection with automated reminders; registration flows that drop players onto the correct roster automatically; rosters with medical notes and availability filters; and a sport-native social feed where match reports, team chat and event RSVPs replace the scattered group chats. A consumer-side marketplace surfaces clubs, classes and experiences to players, turning the back-office product into a growth channel for the clubs themselves.
