What is your return policy?

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition. Simply contact our support team with your order number and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. International orders may take 7 to 14 business days depending on customs processing in your country.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that window, the order enters our fulfilment queue and changes are no longer possible. If you miss the window, please use our return process once the item arrives.

Do you offer a price-match guarantee?

Yes. If you find the same item at a lower price from an authorised retailer within 14 days of purchase, we will match that price. Contact support with a link to the competing listing and your order number.
