Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation.
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number. You will receive a prepaid return label by email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
