Build that works everywhere

This page uses a single responsive header. On wide screens the full horizontal navigation is shown and the menu button is hidden. On tablet and narrow screens the navigation collapses and the menu button appears in its place, so the two controls are never visible at the same time and the page never scrolls sideways.
