**Notice of termination — s 117**

For an employee with at least 5 years but less than 10 years of continuous service, the minimum period of notice is **4 weeks**.

**Redundancy pay — s 119**

For an employee with at least 6 years but less than 7 years of continuous service, the amount of redundancy pay is **10 weeks** of base pay.
