Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75. Express 2-day shipping is available for an additional $12.99 at checkout.
International orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Customs fees may apply depending on your location.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box.
To start a return, log into your account and select the order, or email support@acmecorp.com with your order number. We pay return shipping for defective items.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through Stripe with bank-level encryption.
You can also choose to pay in 4 interest-free installments with Affirm or Afterpay on orders over $50.
