(a) **Notice of termination — 4 weeks**  
Section **117**: more than 5 years’ continuous service attracts 4 weeks’ notice. No additional week applies because the employee is under 45.

(b) **Redundancy pay — 11 weeks of base pay**  
Section **119**: at least 6 years but less than 7 years’ continuous service attracts 11 weeks’ redundancy pay.
